Steering Committees

The Observatory is led by two, an Anglophone and a Francophone, Steering Committees.

The composition of both Steering Committees reflects the diversity of the Observatory’s membership. Together with DCAF, the governance structure is mainly tasked with the strategic focus of the Observatory and the development of the Network and its activities.

The Observatory is planning to harmonize both Steering Committees into a unified governance structure.
